THE Ladies Gaelic Football Association is pleased to confirm that next Sunday’s (February 10) Lidl Ladies National Football League Division 1 Round 2 Fixture between Donegal and Mayo will be streamed Live on the LGFA’s Facebook Page.

The clash at St. Mary’s, Convoy, (2pm) features two teams flying high on confidence following impressive victories in Round 1.

Sunday’s hosts Donegal travelled to Croke Park last Saturday evening and came away with a fully-merited 1-11 to 1-7 victory over League Champions and TG4 All-Ireland Senior title holders Dublin, with captain Karen Guthrie scoring 1-4 in a Player of the Match performance.

Last Sunday, Mayo, the 2018 Division 1 runners-up, opened their new season with a bang against newly-promoted Tipperary.

Rachel Kearns scored 1-6 and Grace Kelly landed 1-1 as home side Mayo got off to a winning start at Swinford Amenity Park.

On Sunday, the MAC AV team will bring you all of the action LIVE from Convoy, with Jerome Quinn on commentary duty.

This is the second Live Stream event of the season for the LGFA and follows on from the successful screening of Cavan v Tyrone in Division 2 from Terry Coyle Park last Sunday.

The LGFA will stream a selected fixture from each of the seven regulation rounds of the National League – along with a selected fixture or fixtures from the semi-finals.

The LGFA will also Live Stream the Lidl Post Primary Schools Senior A Final, which will be played over the weekend of March 30/31.
