Senior Ladies
Our senior ladies were scheduled to play Armagh Harps in the league on Saturday evening but with waterlogged pitches in both Camlough and Armagh the game was postponed. The girls are scheduled to travel to play Grange next Saturday evening at 7.00pm. Training continues this Monday and Thursday evening at 7.00pm.

Minor Girls
Training for our minor girls continues this Monday and Thursday evening at 7.00pm.

U16 Girls
Our U16 girls travel to play Killeavy on Monday evening with the game throwing in at 7.00pm. All girls are asked to meet at Shane’s no later than 6.00pm.

U12 Girls (P7 & 1st Yr)
Our U12 girls travelled to Mullaghbawn on Sunday for their league game of the season. Both teams put on a great display of football which saw the young Shane’s girls run out deserving winners….well done to all. Training for our U12 girls continues every Tuesday and Thursday evening at the field from 7.00pm – 8.15pm.

U10s (P5 & P6 Boys and Girls)
Training for our U10s, boys and girls, takes place from 6.30pm – 8.00pm every Friday evening at the field.

U8s (P3 & P4 Boys and Girls)
U8 training for both boys and girls takes place every Friday evening at the field from 6.30pm – 7.30pm and all boys and girls at this age group are welcome to come along.

U6s (Nursery, P1 & P2 Boys and Girls)
Training for our U6s, both boys and girls, takes place very Friday evening at the field from 6.30pm – 7.30pm and all boys and girls at this age group are welcome to come along and join in the fun.

Senior Ladies Big Breakfast
The club would like to thank everyone who attended the senior ladies fundraising Big Breakfast in the club on Sunday – a great morning’s craic was had by all. A big thank-you to everyone who helped out in any way to help make the morning a great success. All credit to Yasmin Mackin for her brilliant organisational skills.

Congratulations
A huge congratulations this week to our senior ladies’ footballer Aoibheann Jones who picked up a Higher Education Colleges Rising All-Star award in Dublin on Friday night. Well done Aoibheann, everyone at the club are very proud of your achievement.

Well Done
Well done to Aimee Mackin who has been selected as an ambassador for the 2018 Gaelic4Girls programme.

Best Wishes
Everyone at the club sends their best wishes to Breige Barry who is currently recuperating in hospital. All our thoughts and prayers are with Breige and her family and we hope to see her back around the club in the near future.

Club Clean-Up Day
Due to the ongoing poor weather the club clean-up day which was scheduled for last Saturday was postponed and will be re-arranged for a future date.

Armagh County Board Gaeltacht Scholarship Scheme 2018
Beidh Feis CLG Ard Mhacha ar siúl Dé hAoine an 27ú Aibreán ar 7pm sa Cheannáras in Ard Mhacha le deis a thabhairt do dhaoine óga ó chlubanna sa chontae páirtscoláireacht a bhaint le freastal ar chúrsa Gaeltachta an samhradh seo. Scrúdú béil a bheidh ann i ngrúpaí beaga.
The annual Feis CLG Ard Mhacha for Gaeltacht part-scholarships will be held on Friday 27th April at 7pm in the Ceannáras at the Athletic Grounds. This will involve an oral test in small groups. Registered club members only will have an opportunity to win a part-scholarship to attend a Gaeltacht course during the summer. Young people who would like to be considered for Feis CLG Ard Mhacha please contact our club PRO, Brendy Osborne, for further information. The closing date for submission of application forms is Monday 16th April and all forms must be signed by club secretary.

Condolences
Everyone at the club would like to extend their sympathies to the family of Pete McCann who passed away recently. Pete was a former player with Shane O’Neill’s and father-in-law to current Meabh O’Neill’s mentor Briege McCann. May he rest in peace.
